This 1 Qt. Emergency
Water Bag is great for all your survival kits. It has a gusseted
bottom which allows the bag to stand on its own. Although it holds
36 oz. of water, there is a 1 Qt. fill line for use with water
purification tablets or other purification products.
There are NO directions for
the use of any specific water purification product printed on the bag, as
we wanted these bags to be useful to all our customers who use various
methods of chemical purification to include Iodine, Chlorine, and Chlorine
Dioxide. However, there is a "write-on" strip where you can make
notes in regard to the use of your chosen chemical.
It is 4 mil. thick and is
sterile (there is a tear off tab on the top to open the bag for the first
time). It has a roll down top which is secured shut with wire tabs
specially designed so the ends are covered to prevent puncturing the bag.
You simply roll the top down 3 times, curve the ends together and twist
the tabs to secure. Although this bag is not as sturdy as our
Aqua-Pouch™, and is not as stable standing, it is a great alternative,
specifically for mini kits because of its ability to fold down very small.
Packaged 3 per bag.
Note: These bags can
be frozen, however, they should not be used at temperatures above 180°
F (82° C).

The 1 Qt. Emergency Bag can be folded very
small for mini kits.

The bag has a tear off tab at top to keep
the bag sterile before use.

After filling with water to the fill line,
pull the top together.

The top is then rolled down three times to
seal bag.

After the top is rolled 3 times, curve both
ends forward.

The wire tabs are then twisted together to
secure the top.

Once sealed, the bag can be carried from
the loop created at top.

The 1 Qt. Emergency Bag is packaged 3 bags
per package.
Again, this is a great little Emergency
Water Bag for survival kits, bug-out-bags, camping, or any other emergency
use.
