SOLATEC™ AEROVEST™
The
SolaTec™ AeroVest™ is an emergency cold weather survival vest. It is
insurance against the cold for unexpected and changeable weather
conditions. The AeroVest™ is small, light (just 2 oz.), and easy to
use. It can fold as small as a small cell phone or pack of
cigarettes, so it can be carried in a pocket, pack, or small survival kit.
It consists of an inflatable two-layer
 metalized
vest which is inflated with air for a third layer of insulation, which
creates a thermal barrier. The inside metal layer reflects back 90%
of your core body heat. The outside metal layer blocks the wind and
rain. Just 2-3 puffs of breath per side inflates the eighteen air
pockets with 98.6ş air, to help prevent
hypothermia. Fits sizes small to extra large and is intended for a
single emergency use (although with some difficulty, it can be deflated and used again). Made

BASIC HEAD NET
The Basic Head Net fits
comfortably over most headwear. Fine mesh keeps mosquitoes and other
insects out. It is elasticized at the neck for a snug fit.
This is not "no-see-um" netting, but is aggressive against most insects,
and is a good basic head net. Wear a hat to keep the netting off
your face.
